Throughout the years we’ve given generously to companies and individuals who contacted us requesting raffle prizes for amazing charity initiates. Our Founder James Pomlett is passionate about us doing more so the Pom’s Foundation was created. Here is How
Team Community Days
We offer our team members one day a year to work in the community or with a charity and Pom’s pays their full wage as if they had just been at work. This concludes to one day per week over the year.
Local Charities / Schools
We love working with local schools that are in the communities of our venues from donating and serving 500 scones for a PTFA event to sponsoring Village groups and events. Were open to doing what we can.
Charities of the Year
We work with two Charites of the Year working alongside our day to day this year our Charities are Acorns Children’s Hospice & St Giles Hospice
Our People
Development has played one of the keys to the Success of the Pom’s Collection. So its right we continue this so the Pom’s Foundation is also key in supporting young people in finding their feet and gaining the skills and qualifications to be our future. Working the University College Birmingham we give the opportunity to work and study with the support of placements been carried out and our apprenticeship team members still be paid whilst they are studying.
In July 2023 Pom’s Foundation was born. The strap-line ‘People, Work, Communities.
